The grade (2) position of Administration & Finance Deputy has been approved and added to the Ghazni University’s organizational structure in 2012 and Mr. Sayed Anwar Akbari, the assistant prof. has been appointed as the deputy of A&D. In 2012, the A&D deputy office had 3 grade (3) positions, 9 grade (4) positions, 4 grade (5) positions, 9 grade (7) positions, and 9 Grade (8) positions. In total there were (16) administrative positions and (18) supportive positions in the structure of GHU.

Then, the grade (2) position of A&D deputy recognized as a Cadre position according to the Civil Higher Education Law and Mr. Habibullah Nazari, the assistant prof. who has been teaching at the department of Computer Science, has been assigned to the position of A&D Deputy in 2016. Later on, in 2018, he went to Iran to pursue his doctorate and according to amendment of the civil higher education law, the position again changed from the Cadre to administrative form. In 2019, Mr. Shah Reza Mohammadi after passing the competition test and approval of the president of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, has been appointed as the A&F Deputy of the Ghazni University. According to the 2019’s organizational structure –Tashkeel- the A&D Deputy office has 3 grade (3), 13 grade (4), 5 grade (5), 9 grade (7), and 11 grade (8) positions. In total this office has (41) positions according to the organizational structure (Tashkeel).

 

 

 

A Message From Administration & Finance Deputy

Considering the related regulation, the administration & finance deputy created within the Ghazni University organizational structure, under the provision of the chancellor of the university and along with the two other deputies including: student affairs deputy and academic. A & F Deputy is responsible for the following: All administrative, financial & accounting affairs- Development of human resources- Providing and procurement of consulting and non-consulting services- facilitation and providing internet for the staff, professors and students- Providing the dorm or pension for students according to the related procedure of the Higher Ministry- Storing and Maintenance of movable/ immovable properties- and other related affairs.

In short, the reason for creation of the A&D Deputy position is to prepare the facilitation of working affaires for the university professors, administrative staff, supportive staff, and for the students of the university.
